Zion Empowerment Arena for the Needy Initiative (ZEANI), was initiated by blue planet engineering (BPE) limited and established in 2011. ZEANI gained her legal status as a Registered Trustees with Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria (CAC/IT/NO 102538) precisely as an NGO in 2017.

CDSE Management Structure

ZEANI School of National Vocational Skill Qualifications (NVSQ) programme is owned by Zion Empowerment Arena for the Needy Initiative (ZEANI) and the school major intervention is to reduce high cost of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for the vulnerable youths and expand rural youth access to TVET via a well-structured Community Development Service Education (CDSE).The school in collaborations with local actors such as universities, state ministries of education, federal government ministries and agencies reaches out to the vulnerable youths in our local communities by providing both sponsored and non- sponsored Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to them in various areas of trades at ordinary craft and advanced craft level education for gainful employment.

The program is currently housed by Centre for Technical, Vocational Education, Training and Research (CETVETAR), Faculty of Vocational and Technical Education, University of Nigeria Nsukka, Enugu State College of Education (Technical) (ESCET), National Center for Agricultural Mechanization (NCAM), Ilorin kwara State, Intercontinental College of Technology Makurdi, Benue State. ZEANI School of National Vocational Skill Qualifications (NVSQ) programme is regulated by National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). Direct applicants also do sponsor themselves for this programme

The level of National Skill Qualifications (NSQ) provided represent ordinary craft level equivalent (SSCE), Middle craft level (ND), Degree/HND in academic ranking. National Skill qualification framework (NSQF) is promoted by National Sector Skill council (NSSC), regulated by National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and approved by Federal Executive Council (FEC), National Council in Education (NCE) and Federal Ministry of Education.
